He did his MBA (International Business) from University of Madras, Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management from Symbiosis, Pune, Masters and Bachelors degree in Agriculture from College of Agriculture, Pune (MPAU).

Mr. Srinivas started his career as a Development Officer in Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) and moved to Nagarjuna Fertilizers and Chemicals Limited (NFCL) as a Product Development Officer. During his long career with NFCL, he held various leadership roles in different regions of India and was Senior Regional Manager when he moved from NFCL. Later associated with “Agrichem Getax” an Australian company as National Manager to promote specialized liquid fertilizers to Indian Markets. Before joining “Farmfields”, he was the Deputy General Manager in Jubilant Agri and Consumer Products Ltd (JACPL), Noida, taking care of the country wide business operations.

He was awarded as “Best Regional Manager” (National Level) in 2007-08 and was acknowledged as “Business Leader” in the year 2008. Initiation of in-house production of Organic Products in Jubilant is one of the significant contribution in his career.

With career of over 25 years handling various divisions of business in Agricultural Sector like Bulk Fertilizers, Agro chemicals, Plant Nutrition etc, he has an extensive experience in Rural Marketing, Farmer Services, Product Management, Channel Management, Team Development, B2B, B2C Sales, Business Excellence, Strategic Planning and New Project execution etc.
